The printer has a width of 491 mm, a depth of 415 mm, a height of 477 mm and a weight of 17.5 kg. There is an automatic document feeder (ADF) has standard width range and length respectively as 147.3 to 215.9mm and 147.3 to 355.6 mm. These parameters also apply to the duplex printing that enables the printer to print on both sides of the page.

The standard input tray supports plain, thin, thick, thicker, recycled, bond, label, envelope papers. This input tray can hold up to 500 sheets of 80 gsm plain paper with a standard weight range of 60 to 105 gsm. In addition to that tray, there is a multipurpose tray that can hold up to 50 sheets of standard weight. Also, there is an optional paper tray two that can hold 500 sheets of 80 gsm plain paper.

On the other hand, there is a face-down output tray that holds up to 150 sheets of 80 gsm plain paper. The face-up output tray has one sheet also with the automatic duplex printing with paper size such as A4 with a standard weight. The copy width is at maximum, 210 mm. There is an automatic duplex feeder for the two sides of the printing and multiple copies printing.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
