The printer supports the use of host-based Windows 2000 Pro, XP Home and Professional editions and Server 2003. The memory of the printer is up to 64 MB of RAM with an optional expandable memory of up to 512 MB. The memory backup is up to 60 hours. Paper handling through the standard input tray can hold up to 250 sheets of plain paper. The device does not make use of a multipurpose tray but has an automatic document feeder (ADF). The ADF feature can hold up to 35 sheets of plain paper.

Conversely, the output tray holds up to 100 sheets of printed papers in a face-down pattern. Also, there is one sheet that has a face up in a straight paper path. The media weight has an acceptable range from 60 to 105 gsm. The device also supports sizes such as A4, letter, ISOB5, A5, A6, ISOB6, and executive. The display component of the Brother MFC-9320CW printer model supports a liquid crystal display (LCD). This LCD screen supports up to 16 characters and two lines as well as a one-touch dial for 8 locations.

The modem speed runs up to 33600 bps and a transmission speed of 2 seconds for monochrome faxing. The grayscale depth is about 256 levels and 8 bit. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
