The printer also has an average speed of 15 seconds per sheet when printing standard text on a thermal paper with about 7% coverage especially at an average ambient temperature of about 250C. Furthermore, the printer can do up to 100 or more continuous printing with a fully charged battery. However, when the printer is running in a Bluetooth sleep mode, the rating can change with relation to the same temperature.
The relevant standard paper is the Brother manufactured A7 thermal paper which users can load into either the Brother paper cassette and the automatic paper feed mechanism. The standard size of the printer paper is the Brother A7 cut paper of 74 mm by 105 mm. The print area that the printer covers are up to 69 mm by 100 mm leaving out the non-printable area.
The connectivity interface options of this device include the standard universal serial bus (USB) version 2.0 full speed port. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
