However, printing on A3 paper size, the print rate is ten ppm for maximum print yield. The machine’s optimum print technology also enables it to produce a quality of 600 x 600 dpi. At the same time, the double-sided or duplex printing is an optional feature with automatic print mode. By standard measures, the standard paper input tray can load up to 250 sheets of plain paper. Besides, it has a multipurpose tray that can accommodate up to 80 sheets of plain paper.
As an option, the machine supports three different cassettes that can hold 250 sheets of paper each. Furthermore, the maximum paper input capacity of the device is up to 1080 sheets of plain paper. The paper loading also depends on the paper size, document complexity, and the particular paper tray in use. Some of the ideal media types include recycled paper, plain paper, heavy paper, multipurpose bond tray, plain paper, and transparencies.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.

- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
