The Epson WorkForce WF-3721 printer model comprises printing, copying, scanning, and faxing with an automatic document feeder (ADF). It also has a printing technology of a PrecisionCore Print head component with a particular nozzle configuration. This resolution is attainable because of the variable-sized droplet technology while having a minimum ink droplet of 3.8 picolitres (pl). In print speed, draft text mode has 33 pages per minute (ppm) for black documents, and color printing has a rate of 20 ppm. Meanwhile, the ISO 24734 mode allows printing on A4 paper up to 20 images per minute (ipm) for black documents.
Colour printing at this mode has a speed of 10 ipm for single-sided or simplex printing. However, when printing at this mode, color printing has a 7.0 ipm, and black printing runs at ten ipm. The first page out time is about 7.0 seconds and 10.0 seconds for both color documents, respectively. Moreover, photo printing has an approximate print rate of 44 seconds per photo for bordered printing and 53 seconds for borderless printing.
In scanning, the machine uses a flatbed color image scanner while also having a contact image sensor (CIS) element. It also has an optical resolution of up to 1200 x 2400 dpi, while the maximum scan area is about 216 x 297 mm. In copying, the speed is about 17 ipm for black and 9.0 ipm at the simplex copy mode. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
