The printer carton contains the machine itself, introductory HP laserjet color cartridges to print 700 copies of color printing. The color print cartridge can print in cyan, magenta and yellow. Also, the other cartridge is the black ink type that is capable of printing 800 pages in black. Additional items in the printer include an installation guide, printer documentation, and software on a CD-ROM. The package box also contains a power cord and a 2-meter-long USB cable.
As a multipurpose printer, it is capable of producing up to 99 copies of an original document. The reduction and enlargement limits are 25 and 400% respectively. The color speed of the copying mode is about 16 pages per minute (ppm) and 17 ppm for black copies. The resolution of the copy feature on the average is about 600 x 600 dpi.
For the optimum use of this printer, the operating humidity of the environment should be between 30 and 70%. However, when the printer is not in operation, the recommended range is between 0 and 95% without condensation. Concerning temperature, the acceptable range is between -20 and 400C for storage and 17 to 250C for operations.
This printer also supports mobile printing with apps such as HP ePrint, Mopria certification, Apple AirPrint, and Wireless Direct Printing. It is also compatible with some other apps that make printing possible through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
