The zoom range for the copying function is also within the scope of 25-400% for reduction and enlargement, respectively. The maximum copies that the printer can produce in this mode is 50 copies in either color or monochrome. While printing, this device requires an operating temperature between 5 and 350C at a rate of 6ppm. However, for storage, the recommended range is between -40 to 600C. The safe humidity range for the printer during operations is between 20 and 80%. However, for storage, the safe range is between 10 and 90% without condensation.
The printer also has a SureSupply note that alerts the user of a need to replace the ink cartridge. The compatible cartridges are black and tricolor, where the latter contains cyan, magenta and yellow colors. The replacement cartridge models include the HP 62 black ink cartridge that can produce up to 200 pages. On the other hand, the tri-color model of the same cartridge can create up to 165 pages.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.

- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
