The product number for HP Ink Tank 310 printer is Z6Z11A as a classic member of Ink Tank Printer series. The printer allows connectivity through the hi-speed USB 2.0 port as the only means of connection. When using the copying feature, one of the adjustable settings is the actual size of the document selection. Also, the copier can work both monochrome and colored documents. The maximum number of documents the copier can produce is nine at a resolution of 600×300 dots per inch (dpi). The printer runs an integrated memory that further helps it to print, copy, and scan documents.

The paper handling specifications include an input capacity of 60 sheets of plain paper, 20 card, and five envelopes. The output tray produces 25 sheets of printed documents with support for A4, B5, A6, DL envelopes and other sizes. The recommended media types are HP photopapers, plain paper, HP matte brochure, or professional papers with an average weight of 20lbs. In terms of borderless printing, the printer works by 8.5 x 11 inches on US letter size paper.

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
