The device has many paper handling options which include 100-sheet automatic document feeder, 100-sheet multipurpose tray 1, and 250-sheet tray 2. There are also three different 500-sheet trays with cabinet for bin 3, 4 and 5. Also, the device has a 250-sheet output tray; and a 500-sheet inline stapler/stacker.
Other functions of the printer apart from printing include copying, scanning and faxing. The print speed in black (letter) is up to 30 ppm, and in color (letter), it is up to 30 ppm. There is a speed of up to 30 ppm for letter size papers. It has a duty capability of up to 120,000 pages monthly.
The printer supports mobile printing with the following software; HP ePrint software for Windows as well as Mac OS X versions. Others include HP ePrint application that works on Android, Blackberry and iOS mobile operating systems. Also, the HP ePrint through the email.
However, this last feature requires an enabled HP web service and registration of the device with HP Connected. There is also the HP ePrint Enterprise app, which creates support for all products that have ePrint Enterprise Server Software. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
