The monthly duty cycle of the HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M631z reaches up to 300,000 pages at maximum. However, HP recommends that the printing range should maintain a limit within 5,000 and 30,000 pages in a single month. It also has a laser print technology to ensure optimization of the print resources. The print resolution at the best mode in black printing is up to 1200 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi).
The compatible print languages are PCL 5 (with a downloadable driver online), PCL 6, and the HP postscript level-3 emulation. Other parts support native pdf printing and support for Apple AirPrint. It also has a display component that is up to 20.3 cm (about 8.0 inches) of a color graphics display (CGD). This part also has a touchscreen with an adjustable angle rotation with home button illumination.
The processor speed is about 1.2 GHz as well as HP ePrint compatibility that enables printing from a mobile device. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
