HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425 offers a black resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, so you will get high quality scanned images. This model will give up to 35 Copies Per Minute and have a copy resolution of 600 x 600 dpi. A scanner resolution of this model is black up to 1200 x 1200 and color scan up to 600 x 600 dpi.
HP LaserJet Pro M425 can print the first page in less than eight seconds. The technology used for resolution is HP ProRes 1200, 600 dpi and HP FastRes 1200. This printer has a maximum number of pages per month duty cycle Up to 50,000 pages. Laser print technology used with this model and 3.5-inch color display touchscreen control panel used for all functions. You can use HP 80A Black or HP 80X Black as a replacement cartridge. HP 80A Black cartridge will give 2700 pages and HP 80X Black 6900 pages respectively.
You can connect this printer via Gigabit Ethernet, Hi-Speed USB 2.0, Host USB. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
