HP Officejet 5746 is an all-in-one printer with the ability to print, scan, copy, send or receive fax messages. The model number of the different printer is F8B09A. The printer supports direct printing. This function is possible through the Wireless Direct Printing, Memory card slot and two standard hi-speed USB ports printing. The copying features include the copy speed of up to 21 pages per minute (ppm) for black and get up to 19 ppm for color. The maximum number of copies the copying feature can produce at once is 50 copies. This copying can zoom within a range of 25% to 400% and can also copy in color and on both sides.
Sending and receiving fax messages based on the standard ITU-T test of a high standard. However, the speed of this feature depends on the faxing mode such as fast, medium and slow. The rates are respectively 33.6 kbps, 14.4 kbps, and 9.6 kbps and a fax resolution of up to 300 x 311 dpi. The faxing also supports forwarding messages to another user.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.

- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
