Printer features

1. The input tray of this unique device holds a maximum of 125 sheets o plain paper while the output tray holds about 50. All other media sizes take a smaller number to fill the two plates.

2. The printer supports legal paper, plain paper, transparencies, envelopes, photo paper, index cards, etc.

3. The output tray capacity of this device depends on the type of paper in the printer and the amount of ink in the printer available for use. therefore, the manufacturer recommends a continuous emptying of the output tray.

4. Not that when printing at the Fast Draft print quality mode, the extender tray needs to be out and the end of the tray pointing upwards. Without the end tray facing up, both legal and letter-sized paper will fall on the first sheet.

5. The scanner comes with an Integrated OCR software that automatically converts scanned text to editable text.

6. The color depth of scanning is 48-bit, 8-bit grayscale (256 levels of grey).

[Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
