Concerning the print resolution, black documents produce a quality that reaches 600 x 600 dots per inch (dpi). Conversely, the maximum print resolution for color documents can reach a level of 4800 x 600 dpi under normal conditions. The compatible ink cartridges are PG-245 for pigment black, CL-246 for color inks, and XL variations of both for high yield. However, the machine can still support the use of the GP-601 combo jack as an alternative.
Canon PIXMA MG2922 model supports plain paper, photo paper plus glossy II, photo paper glossy, and US #10 envelopes. On the other hand, the compatible media sizes include the 4 x 6 photo paper, 5 x 7 photo paper, letter, legal, and US #10 envelopes. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
