In other words, black and white printing runs at a speed of 8.0 ipm, while color printing is 4.0 ipm. Borderless printing supports a top margin of 3 mm, a bottom margin of 16.7 mm. Also, the left and right margin leave a margin of 3.4 mm. The paper capacity for the machine through its main tray is up to 60 sheets at once. However, that rate applies only to the letter-sized paper. On the other hand, legal-size can only reach ten sheets.
The machine can work with A4, A5, letter, legal, Dl envelopes, COM10 envelopes, and photo sizes in terms of the supported paper sizes. Concerning the weight range, the supported paperweight is between 64 and 105 gsm. Whereas, if a Canon specialty paper is in use, it can reach a maximum of 275 gsm weight. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
