Epson WorkForce 845 is a particular printer model with a standard 4-color ink cartridge but a unique drop-on-demand Micropiezo inkjet technology. Specifications
In two-sided or duplex printing, the print rate for black documents is about 7.4 ppm, while that of color documents is 5.4 ppm. The minimum ink droplet size is approximately two picolitres (pl). Copying with the machine supports black documents and color and regular documents at designated modes. Each original form can also produce up to 1 to 99 copies of the paper in a PC-free way.
The maximum copy sizes are 8.5 inches x 14 inches to restore in the same PC-free mode. The ISO copy speed is about 13 copies per minute for black documents and 7.1 CPM for color documents while copying. On the other hand, some of the compatible copy features include the fit-to-page quality, an automatic reduction, enlargement, and adjustable copy density. By the way, the zoom range is between 25 and 400% with 1% gradual increments.
The machine has a hardware resolution of 2400 x 2400 dots per inch (dpi). The device’s maximum is up to 9600 x 9600 dpi in an interpolated fashion. When considering the optical resolution, it is about 2400 dpi while having a photoelectric device color with the contact image sensor (CIS) element. The scanner bit depth also comprises 48-bit for color and 24-bit for black and white output.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
