Features like fast warm-up time and an auto power shut off mode comply help it complies with environmental regulations. The original paper size of the copier is A3 (maximum) and a standard A4 size. The 4.3 seconds copy out time of first use allows for a maximum of 999 continuous copies. It delivers images with exceptional quality by printing them with 600 x 600 dots per inch resolution. Aside from high-quality resolution, the copier is aided with a magnification that allows for zooming through 25 to 400%. Also, two black & white plus 256 color gradation levels contribute to outstanding quality.
When it comes to speed in printing, the standard network printer prints at a rate of 31 ppm for standard A4 sheets, the enhancement in resolution to a 1200 x 600 dpi makes it perfect for all printing operations. Supporting standard Windows and Mac operating systems, it is preinstalled with drivers for easy installation. The network printer uses a secure connection protocol like EtherTalk and NetWare.
This copier comes installed with an optional network scanner that allows for high-quality color scanning. A 100-sheet reverse document feeder (RSPF) will enable users to network-scan single-sided, full-color documents as quickly as 56 impressions per minute (ipm). Added to the reverse single pass feeder are high-quality resolutions that allow for different dots per inch. As regarding security, it has a data Initialization feature, data encryption/data erasure, and an optional Data Security Kit.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
