The standard paper size for the feeder is A4 while the maximum is A3. It stuns a full-size, retractable keyboard for data entry and a 10.1″ touch-screen display for image preview and slide navigation.
With a first copy completed within 4.5 seconds, the copier can make up to 999 multiple copies. The copier’s minimum input tray capacity is 600 sheets while the maximum is 6600 sheets.
The main output tray can hold up to 400 sheets while the optional plate can hold 100 sheets. This document system does beyond all expectations with a high-quality output copy resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. Its 1.8GHz multi-processor design enhances its speed and leaves it a warm-up time of 12 seconds.
It is made beyond copy centrality, and it does more with a standard optional network printing system. The 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution makes it unique in operation. The printing protocols range from HTTP to LPR with complete compliance with IEEE-2600 security standards. Predesigned with Windows and Mac drivers, this digital machine supports both Mac and Windows operating systems. It uses two hosts and one device USB 2.0 ports and an RJ-45 Ethernet interface for remote connections.
The optional network scanner can switch between color monochrome and grayscale modes and scan with an optical 600 dpi resolution. The available Sharpdesk utility software enables it for personal documentation and direct mobile usage. The scanner can deliver to 2000 scan destinations in different file formats and can perform a maximum of 100 jobs.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
