The Sharp MX-M754N is a black and white copier machine designed with highly powerful features for large scale operations. The device is designed to copy, print, and scan documents with exceptional image quality and at high speeds. It boasts of a speed of 75 ppm for A4 sheets and 37 ppm for A3 sheets. The printer uses a high-speed USB 2.0 and 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T connection interface and can be remotely connected to through IPv4 and Ipv6, IPX/SPX and Apple Talk network protocols. Sharp MX-M754N driver supports all Windows operating systems and as well works with Mac OS 10.4 – 10.13 versions. The printing protocols include LPR, IPP HTTP, Raw TCP (port 9100) POP3 for e-mail printing and FTP for downloading print files.
Significantly designed for speed, the copy feature of the Sharp MX-M754N has a first copy time of 3.5 seconds and a maximum continuous copy of 9, 999 copies. It zooms over a range of 25% to 200% using DSPF and 25% to 400% in 1% increments. It has 10 metric preset copy ratios and 8-inch preset copy ratios. The scan resolutions are; 600 x 600 dpi, 600 x 400 dpi, and 600 x 300 dpi. The print resolution includes 1200 x 1200 dpi, 600 x 600 dpi and 9600 x 600 dpi.
It uses the push scan and the pull scan method and scans in both black & white and colored quality. The main and custom folders of the monochrome printer have a filing capacity of 20000 pages or 3000 files while the Quick file folder has a capacity of 10000 pages or 1000 files. It has a maximum of 1000 storage folders and features a password protection confidential storage.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
