Sharp MX-M354N is a versatile documenting system that allows for high-speed printing and high-quality scanning. The engine has a print speed of 35 pages per minute for letter size sheets. It uses a massive 2GB of RAM and performs copying and printing operations with a 160GB hard disk drive. The paper feeder trays include two 500-sheet trays, one 100-sheet bypass tray and a 100-sheet RSPF tray with size detection. The built-in retractable keyboard allows for quick input while the 7-inch touch-screen tablet-style panel enables side navigation.

This copier exceptionally completes its first-time copy in 4.0 seconds and allows for 999 continuous copies. Its multi-processor works with a processing speed of about 600MHz and gives it a boot time of 20 seconds. Excellent auto magnification sensing, auto paper sensing, and offset-stacking are the basic features that distinguish this copier. The copier delivers popping quality images using a 600 x 600 dpi resolution. The copier supports individual account control and allows up to 1000 users.

The printing PDL is a compatible standard PCL 6 and an optional Postscript 3. Entirely distinct from the copy centric U-version, this printer stuns a standard optional network printer that allows for advanced operations. It transforms even poor quality images into high-quality ones with its 1200 x 600 dpi resolution. The printer supports barcode printing and chapter insertion and is predesigned with 136 PS fonts and 80 PCL outline fonts. It uses IP/MAC address filtering and has a user-number authentication protocol for network security.

With speed up to 50 OPM for black & white and color, the network scanner goes way beyond the ordinary. The advanced image compression system design helps reduce and enlarge image size while still maintaining image quality. The Sharpdesk management software comes with a 1-user license and gives way for access through mobile phones. Email, FTP servers, desktop, network folders and more; the scanner can deliver in different formats to 1000 scan destinations.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
